"Guard Hawk"
With apologies to Gary Martin, who was here first in this gallery with a much better picture of a hawk, I just had to enter the picture of this guy. He is usually perched on one of the light posts near the entrance to my gated retirement community. I think he's a member of the staff with the job of preventing mice, rats, and small dogs from illegally entering.
