the ferry building and amtrak ticket office... amtrak trains don't actually come to san francisco, you have to take a bus to oakland or emeryville for frequent service to sacramento and daily service to seattle, los angeles, chicago and bakersfield... san francisco is the second largest city in the country (after phoenix, arizona) without amtrak train service
