cafe flore is a neighborhood institution, wedged between noe and market sts on the northwest corner of the intersection (view here is down noe st)... they are also one of the few places that has much outdoor seating in the area, or even the entire city... the cold fog that rolls in during the summer negates the demand for much outdoor seating for dinner, though come cafes (such as cafe flore) do enough daytime business to make outdoor seating worthwhile...
