This was a 10hr work. I wish I had a BobCat.... Man, training on a bike for 10 hrs would be MUCH easier!!! BUT, I finally "found" both gas & water main valves!! ;-) Phase II will be the REAL lawn project (seeding/putting sods).
A curb joint (at the leave pointing) is the key to find those vulves (Gas----round [right]; Water----square [left]). I'm planning to paint the curb someday....
