Great idea, I hadn't thought about it before but I could use a set of focusing rails for macro work. Might have to get out the welder and see what develops. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for this Ulrich. I'm going to do the same for my D70! And yes, the 135mm perspective is great. I also just bought an 85mm f/2 - another great perspective. Pierre.
