This is it, 4 o´clock in the afternoon today. I worked last night:

-Ham and cheese on rye,cherry tomatoes on top.
-Yoghurt with garden berries.
-LOTS of tea, there´s some dried berries in it I think...
And too much sweetener in that. I like my tea strong and sweet.
And if the aspartam kills me; well nobody have survived this life so far.
