Cool composition! Though I think I might have liked this image even more if one of them (preferrably the baby which is in focus) would've made eye-contact with the lens. On the other hand it might have made the shot less spontaneous in some way.
I rather like the perspective and 'pose'! Cool shot!! I am sure dad loves it!

I quite like the fact the adult is slightly out of focus, it makes him a bit softer. I think it could have been a little bit colder and almost too clinical if both were totally in focus.

Great pose. Again, you lost the top of his head. How about getting his face in focus, as well? Need to stop down to get a greater depth of field. His face with its age would contrast nicely to the smooth features of the child. I like the way they are facing different directions.
