You know, this reminds me of my grandfather's old collection of baseball shots when he was my age. Fantastic treatment, and I like the position of the people, I feel as if I'm anticipating the next move.

Baseball is steeped in tradition, that's why I feel the sepia works so well here. The uniforms of the players and the umpires haven't changed much over the decades so you can easily imagine this image being from the 40's. The timing is really great, too.

Nice. I used to play baseball when I was a kid so this kind of brings back nice memories for me. I like everything except the tones...I myself like straight B&W without anything else added into the mix. And if you're going for a timeless quality here, this won't work either, as the people are not dressed in uniforms from days gone by. Straight B&W would have had a much better impact. But the compo and the moment you've captured are both right on the mark. Apart from the tones, this is an excellent image. Well done.
