The relection of the ladies passing by in the upper left corner TOTALLY make this photograph. With that, it goes from being a record of what I assume is an art installation to being a work of art in its own right. Well done, Mr. O'Shea.

Very weird! lol.. a giant lit up pencil? hmmmm.. I think the British invented that, Mr. O'Shea.. I believe the first one was brought over by Hugh Grant himself. I'll call Divine Brown and ask her.. might have been his .. erm.. payment. Wait.. I don't think she GOT PAID! OMG, that SUCKS! (infantile laughter) Oh.. about the photo..
