Me with Bob Beamon. Bob accomplished probably the greatest single athletic accomplishment by breaking the world record for the Long Jump in the 1968 Olympics. He jumped 29' 2 1/2 inches, almost 2 feet longer than the existing record in an event where records are usually broken by fractions of an inch.
