We did it! We have purchased land (4 acres total including the undivided interest in the entire 300 acre development) right next to Zion National Park in Utah --- for our dream vacation home. The Anastazi Plateau development preserves 90% of its 300 acres to be left in its natural state forever. There are only 77 homesites - and no pools, lawns, fences or plantings of non-indigenous landscaping are allowed. This is a spiritual and beautiful place where we will spend many happy years.
