We went to the Rowe Sanctuary, near Kearney, to spend the night in a photo blind surrounded by tens of thousands of Sandhill Cranes ... here are a sampling of the photos (have only downloaded a SMALL sampling so far!). It was magical ... mystical ... resounding glorious birdcalls all around ...

Thanks for posting these - I just made a reservation for this March and doing some research. Looks like a great adventure!! And nice photos!!
