After consulting many birdbooks... I have decided its an Eastern Kingbird; not an Eastern Phoebe... They are similar... The kingbird is darker.. and the white matches descriptions..

A relatively significant difference in size between the two species, Tom. Worth a close observation in the field after you get the shot ideally.
