The moon was setting in this 360 Bridge Picture. Beneath the cliff that rises over the Captiol of Texas Highway, fog started to rise off the waters in the cool morning air.

Cool mornings are nice on Pennybacker Bridge. It's quiet, there is little traffic, and you often have the view all to yourself. Looking the other direction, you can see the Austin skyline, as well.
