Texas Wildflowers - Indian blanket

With petals that start as orange or red and extend into a golden yellow, Indian Blankets are a standard of Texas Wildflowers. Usually after the bluebonnets have shown their color and are beginning to fade, the Indian Blankets spread their reds and oranges and yellows across fields. These Texas Wildflowers can bloom into the summer months. I've even had them bloom in February on my land in the Texas Hill Country. Just depends on the weather
