The 40th International Betta Congress (IBC)Convention 2006 was held in Lancaster, Pa from June 8th through the 11th at Park Plaza Hotel. The host chapter for this year's convention was the Philadelphia Area Betta Society (PABS). These images are from the awards presentations at the banquent on Saturday evening, June 10th. Congratulations to all of the award winners. PABS was voted the Chapter of the Year.
