1997 Beaver Marquis 40 footer Single Slideout, Caterpillar C12 Diesel Engine with 58K miles built on a GILLIG BUS CHASSIS, Allison Transmission, Onan 7500 Diesel Generator, Girard Awning, Tracker Satellite Dome, AquaHot heating system, FULL BODY PAINT!

This coach had an interior fire and has smoke and heat damage throughout. The fire DID NOT penetrate through the coach anywhere. It started right overhead the passenger seat. There is also some very minor exterior cosmetic damage near the right rear. The bedroom and bath area looks nearly perfect, just the roof material has some light smoke damage. The cabinets in these areas really look nice and need a good cleaning at most (all SOLID cherry with high sheen finish). The lower cabinets in the kitchen look very near perfect as well. This is a HIGH QUALITY COACH with SOLID woodwork throughout!! This coach really just needs some of the upper cabinetry in the front replaced, new front carpets, and ceiling material replaced throughout. Perfect project for the weekend do-it-yourselfer to save a BUNDLE!
