Busy and hot day!

But the good news. The rescued cat is well... and returned to its owners.
Their neighbours had seen the note I'd put in the shop and
they collected it tonight :) They'd been worried all weekend!!!

2 girls from Belaurus joined the training band tonight. They're in
a group of kids over for a month, and are staying with trombonist Donna.

Hurrah for the cat. This photo reminds me of a song from my childhood that began "Just a song at twilight when the day is through................" Nice light in the sky.
