- 20th April 2005 - Nice splash of colour

A flash of yellow caught my eye just outside the village..... and became today's PaD.
A grey day here so this was a welcome find. There's a fantastic field of full bloom
oilseed rape alongside the M56, but I thought it best not to stop! Must find out the
way to it on normal roads :) (caption changed after frst few comments were posted :))

So to the object. No-one was exactly correct, as it's not an expensive one with knobs on!
And we had one protest from the US who didn't get up early enough to enter in time!

As we're now saving to go to Disney I don't want to upset our US friends (Got a villa near Disney Jeremy? Just a thought!), so I've put the following names into a hat, Tor, Jeremy, Fran, Dean and Tom and (wearing a blindfold of course) have drawn out a winner....

And the winner is.....

Dean (sorry Jeremy!). So Dean, over to you :)

Oh yes hear it is:

And a nice shot from yesterday in Chester.... couldn't resist the candid as the clock struck 12!

and from the top of Tesco's car park :)

You need to find some adorable little ones dressed in white and have them play in this field. What a photo that would be!

This is so beautiful ... it's 'rolling in it by kids' sort of stuff, isn't it? :)

I like the way the colour gradually changes from green to yellow !

Lovely sea of colour

I Love how those yellow flowers appear more gathered far away and fewer in the front. Nice shot.

Love the composition with the yellow flowers to the top. It's been a grey day here too so you did well to find the 'splash of colour.'

mmmm - will get back to you on that one! Anyone know a good lawyer?
JeremyGood20-Apr-2005 18:03
Do you have notarized signatures of two eyewitnesses to the drawing? Regardless, consider this matter under investigation, you will be hearing from my legal staff.
