Lincoln & his law partner practiced in this building, which is across from the Old Capitol.

The statue in front is of Abraham, Mary, and Willie Lincoln. Robert Lincoln's statue is a bit away from them and he is waving. This statue is interesting in that it shows documents inside Lincoln's hat. Lincoln tended to keep papers there. Also, a guide told us that the artist used a mold for only one part of the statue. This was Mary Lincoln's pearl necklace and Mardi Gras beads were used, although you would never know.
