Great pictures! There are some patterns for kids' Dutch costumes online at Ulrichsmeatmarket.com. It's a store in Pella Iowa, a Dutch looking town that has a Dutch Tulip Time festival every spring. This year the dates are May 6,7, and 8, 2010.

If you sew or know a seamstress, here is a store in the US where you can purchase Dutch costume kits and/or patterns. Plus they have additional links on their site where you can find the wooden clogs as well.
