Back from my trip out West. Teddy was overjoyed to see me and even more
happy when we went for a nice long walk in the park. I thought the snow had
all melted, but it hadn't gone completely. These skunk cabbage flowers are
always the first flowers I see in spring in Michigan, they had forced themselves
up through the snow to enjoy a little sun today.
