I took Teddy for his first walk in the snow today, it was fun to watch him run and play in it. I had seen this red leaved plant each day lately, it is very short, a tree seedling I think, and kept forgetting my camera, and fortunately today managed to get this photo with the last leaf or two still hanging on. The red makes a nice contrast against the white snow and the blue sky in the background. This was taken with my little camera, I could not cope with slippery snow, Teddy and the 20d! I am pleased that it focused, I could not see what I was shooting in the sunshine on the LCD.
