My son Harry was taking a practical final for his Restaurant Operations class for the lunch service.
The culinary college students at American Harvest Restaurant at Schoolcraft College prepare a wonderful array of foods for the restaurant
and if you are ever in the area, you should go there to eat, the food is all excellent!
Harry had to cook a rabbit dish with various vegetables, sauces and a dumpling.
He had his little camera with him and took some photos of his lunch dish as he likes to do to remember these things for the future.
His teacher, the chef who had to taste his food said that it tasted wonderful and gave him an excellent grade we are pleased to say!
