Camera movement has blurred the remains and the tomb. You should have used a higher ISO which would have allowed you to use a faster shutter speed than 1/8th of a second. Your image stabilization system should have still allowed you to make the shot clearly at 1/8th if the shutter was released smoothly, without a push, just a gradual press. 1/8th of a second with image stabilization would be equal to using a shutter speed of 130th of a second without image stabilization. So I assume that the problem here was in your shutter release technique in low light. Practice shooting without moving the finger -- ever. Just take up the slack with a half press to focus and expose, and then complete the shutter release by increasing pressure on the shutter button. Never lift the finger until the image has been taken. And never move it when making the picture. Practice makes perfect.
