the 'kotmadame' is a Leuven phenomenon. Leuven is a university city since 1750 I think. When students come to Leuven, they were renting a room in a house, and the lady of the house was the 'kotmadame'. She made breakfast and diner, cleaned the room, was a sort replacer of the mother at home...
It is only end '80ties - 90ties that this started to change, that there is no replacing mom at students univercity rooms...
Very amusing, twice over. Two people are scarfing it down while the genteel bronze lass ignores their digestive exercises. And you shot them all from behind, so none of the three parties can see us watching them.
