Well composed and exposed, given the high angle of the light. The light is very harsh at this hour -- try to shoot from dawn to nine or ten, and then from three to six or seven. Between ten and three photograph only in shade, indoors,etc. Why are you using ISO 200 all the time? Avoid 200 and 400 on the FZ30 unless absolutely necessary. I shoot all my picture at 80 and 100. They are generally a lot cleaner.
