Nice image, but watch your backgrounds. Had you stepped a bit to the right, the building at left would not have bumped into the pillar, and the buiding at right would be a bit closer, to the statue at right, creating more tension. Watch your negative space carefully when composing. Note that here you used your full 400mm telephoto length, which normally calls for 1/500th of a second shutter speed to avoid blur due to camera shake. But your Image Stabilization at 1/100th of a second gives you the equivalent of 1/400th to 1/600th of a second shutter speed -- making this image sharp.
