Do you realize that you made this shot work at 1/6 of a second? You never could have done that with the G5. That's the FZ-30's IS feature at work for you. You are also supposed to get a lot of noise at ISO 200 with this camera, but if this is noisy, it is virtually invisible. The mild camera shake here is negligible as well.
