This is either softly focused or soft due to camera shake. You used a fast enough shutter speed to avoid it, and not too long a lens length either. So the culprit is either (1) a moving finger on the shutter button. Or (2) releasing the shutter before focus is confirmed by the solid green light. Never shoot until the green light has stopped flashing.
