This is camera shake -- not even the IS could save it, even though the shutter speed is a relatively fast 1/80th of a second. You must have pushed your shutter button with your finger, instead of just applying pressure with a no-movement squeeze. Or perhaps it is simply blurred because a long focal length (and this was shot at about 300mm) and long focal lengths magnify any flaws in your shutter release.
