Mo, I notice that you are not using your spot meter. You are losing details in your highlights as a result. All you have to do is focus and expose with your spot on that white t-shirt, and you would hold all detail in it, while the rest of the image will get darker. I notice washed out details in a number of these shots. The fix is very simple. Try it.
