This shot was made at 1/8th of second, another shutter speed that is too slow for hand held photography. You are lucky it was this legible. But I can see the softness due to camera shake. This is not a crisp image. Once again, increase the ISO, and if you can't, then add light or use a tripod.
Generally speaking, you can make a sharp picture at 1/15th of second hand-held at the widenangle setting if you hold the camera properly and release the shutter without moving your finger. Apply pressure only! However if you are using your zoom at a telephoto setting, you must choose a faster shutter speed to avoid camera shake.
