You continue to express ideas through ancient sculptures in Venice. This one works because of the incongruous juxtaposition of a green plant growing out of the hand of an angel. It would have been an even stronger image is you enlarged your frame slightly to include more than half the head of that angel, which is very important to the idea. I think you must have been concentrating on the main figure, and were not considering the role of that angel at the bottom seemingly handing the greenery to that main figure. Always watch your edges, and make sure that what is in makes sense, and what is out makes just as much sense.
