4x4 Costa Rica made yet another trip to Boca Curenita along the San Juan River. Don Ramon, Dona Juana and their daughter Ana Gabriela were as wonderful as ever allowing us to visit their scenic farm known as "Finca La Victoria." However, this time we did not camp in order to avoid the devilish "coloradillas." At Finca La Marina Cristian and I tried out our brand new inflatable kayaks in the small lakes. That night a large group of us camped at Escuela La Delia and had a lovely beerbecue. Cristian and I the next morning had yet another opportunity to use the kayaks, this time on the Toro River. There was nothing more than class one rapids but the scenery and tranquility was superb.
