Large turnout for the Jefferson Hill Townhomes presentation. The project has already been signed off by the city of Cleveland but most folks came to vent about the developer of the project, Garrett Allen, referring to the Jefferson Avenue/West 5th. area as a “blighted portion of Tremont”.
