Tree Abuse: severely mutilated large old Black Olive tree at 7361 Big Cypress Court, Miami Lakes, FL

Town of Miami Lakes, FL

This property recently changed hands and has had a "For Rent" sign in front of it. I can't imagine how destroying the limb structure of this old tree can make the rental property more attractive to prospective tenants, especially when they realize that their electric bill will be considerably higher due to the loss of considerable shade on the small townhouse.

Hello Treeman. My neighbor has continually threatened to cut my large black olive and oak trees from my yard. Today I came home and found an immigrant lawn worker whom he paid cutting doen a tree on my property. I called our security guards in gate neighborhood. What should I do now? Do I have to cut limbs from his side of property if it will hurt the tree?
