This gallery used to be called "Flowers and Bugs" and then "Flowers and Little Critters", but I decided that I'm getting enough "critters" lately that they should have their own gallery. Also, people who come here to look at flowers should not have to be subjected to some of the things that I've been finding in and around my house lately ;-)
I've been finding so many neat flowers around lately, that I've split this group into cultivars and wildflowers. Hopefully this will help keep the page count down a bit.
There are more flowers in my 2005 gallery for Gracy Woods Park - I just need to find some time to copy and sort them into these galleries as well.
This section is growing out of control due to my extreme lack of organization, so I decided to make a new sub-gallery for the roses.

Sorry to be so late in responding to your question. I have no idea what the orange mushrooms are - only that they've been popping out of that rotting stump off and on for several years. They don't appear to be hurting anything, but I would avoid eating any unidentified fungus.
I tried to find a website for identifying fungi, but almost all of the ones I found were an even split between information on edible mushrooms and how to prepare them or else information on fungal diseases (mostly of garden plants, but some sites dealt with human fungal diseases).
I finally did find the following site. If you upload a photo to their forum, they may be able to help you identify your fungus.
