On April 6, 1928 Peru Municipal Golf Course opened for play and since then many golfers have enjoyed the golf course. The course offers 6006 yards from the white tees for the men with a rating of 69.0 and a slope rating of 118 for a par 72. The course has rolling Blue Grass fairways and undulating Bent Grass greens.
