Fantastic! It's not only a good capture, it's also an original picture in its kind, the look of the mother is very meaningful.
The treatment is a bit extreme for my taste, but it matches well the subject.
Funny how this shows the American dichotomy.. extremes. The bison being one of the American icon, (look at you 5 cent piece)... and the fields being transformed by asphalt everywhere... so American !
