Apperently this officer pulled the shortest straw, or perhaps he is the Rookie on the force, in any case he was stuck doing the cold and wet job of directing traffic at the intersection of Polo Rd & Linclon Way, for the many shoppers leaving the area buisnesses, after the ice storm brought down utility poles cutting power to the East end of Sterling.
