I don't think this was the head end of QNPSKP, the derailed train. A through train loke that wouldn't have been headed by SD40-2s, nor would a train destined for CSX delivery have those ballast cars on it. You're looking at a train brought there for track repairs after the wreck. --Carl Shaver
