This is the view from the formal living room through the breakfast nook and into the family room, with the kitchen to the immediate right. You can make out the edge of the kitchen counter top to the right of the picture.

Dining room. The archway to the left leads to the office and guest bathroom. To the left of this picture is the hallway leading to the kitchen.

The large family room. The fireplace will be moved to the formal living room. In its place will go the large screen TV and bookshelves, slightly smaller than what you see.

Family room from kitchen. View out windows will be of the 7th fairway.

Formal living room. The curio cabinet space will contain a fireplace that will also be available from the kitchen (see through). The windows to the left face the rear patio. The floorplan veers to the right at a 45 degree angle, cutting through the breakfast/kitchen area and then into the family room.

The lanai off the master bedroom. The door will be removed, leaving the door on the left that leads out to the covered patio. We like the look of all screen facing toward the back.

This will be modified in the new house plan. There is a bedroom just off the garage that is eliminated. The second bedrom will be at the far end of this picture, just before the family room. A patio door will replace a window that is not visible in this picture, allowing access to a small patio we'll build off to the side. A fence/screen will hide the patio area from the street. Also, the garage will face this way with the driveway coming up the side of the property.

This is the second bedroom and will be used mostly as a fitness center. The window to the left will be replaced with a door leading out to a patio.
