I think that you should get more trucks and put them on your layout. I would sugest getting some 20' and 40' containers and putting them next to the building and having a container crane unloading and loading trailers. You should also get some 53' and 28' trailers and put them at the docks. Make it look like a mess like at a real industrial building.
