C1 TV station was started in a building called Hid Neg [first supermarket in Mongolian]. The building was fully re-furbed into a fully digital TV station. You'll gather from these pics that there is a long way to go. But hey it went all the way alot of hard work and effort by many different people, from plumbers to sparks gave us a great building to be able to broadcast from.
