One of the weirdiest road trip we ever had.Sunny when we left Seattle. Gloomy in Oregon/California boundary and snowing hard somewhere in Mt. Shasta and in the mountains of California/Nevada it was snowing a lot and we don't know when will it end. We almost decided we have to go back but we finally saw a California state patrol cop to check with him (he was very nice) He said the road is ugly but it's okay if you have 4WD and the gas station is 20 miles away then another 40 miles of of snowy road then we'll be fine. Then as we enter Nevada what we saw was all white in the mountains (I was thinking it was a dry and hot place)and we encountered one of the strongest winds
I ever saw just like in Paia,Hawaii.We left Seattle 5AM and we arrived Carson City 9PM.Once we're there it turns out as one of the best road trips we ever had. Thanks to Atoy, Donna and Jamie.
