Southern India 2014

Photos from our 2 week tour of Southern India in March 2014. We flew in to Bangalore before moving on to the palatial city of Mysore and Nagarhole National Park for some safari time. We then drove on to the hill towns of Ooty & Coonor before catching the Nilgiri Blue Mountain steam train to Mettupalayam and over-nighting in Coimbatore.

We then moved on to the coast and had 3 nights in Cochin plus a very enjoyable day and night on a rice boat touring the Kerelan backwaters before heading south again to our final port of call and a bit of well deserved beach time at Kovalam.
