I bought my Grilla Grills Silverbac about 5 months ago. All I can say is that everything about this grill is fantastic. I recently cooked my first brisket on it and a video to post on Facebook - 856 visits in about 6 hours. It tastes as good as it looked and it cooked evenly. I can't say enough good things about this pellet smoker. What really convinced me in the first place was listening to customers about improvements and implementing them immediately.

The Grilla Grills Silverbac grillsonsale.org/non-wifi-grilla-grills-silverbac-wood-pellet-grill/ is the best grill/smoker I have ever bought. Money well spent. Produce great food with the right smoky flavor. You can literally cook anything you want with this product, from breakfast to chicken, ribs or smoked pork tenderloin. Great company to do business with and answer any questions if you can. I can't find it on the website. This Grilla Grills Silverbac is built like a tank. Stainless steel components, double wall construction holds temperature like no grill you've ever had. I have cooked many meals in mine and they are delicious and juicy. The heat deflector and the drip tray are very well made. The lid is made from 12 gauge stainless steel with built in reinforcing ribs to prevent the lid from warping over time. Cooking grates are 1/4 stainless steel. There are tons of accessories that you can always buy to upgrade your grill. If you want extra smoke I would suggest getting a smoke pipe. I have to say the temperature control is perfect and the smoke setting makes for a nice barbecue. I've been using it almost every day for the past month and couldn't be happier. I assembled it myself, but I'm a pretty burly guy. If you cannot lift 50 pounds or more easily, please get help as the main unit is not easy to grip and heavy to stand up. I paid ten times more for steaks with less taste , the probe turns a novice into an expert. Advice from a friend, line the drip pan with aluminum foil and after a few boils, peel off for easy cleaning.

Grilla Grills Silverbac makes you the pitmaster in the backyard. The only problem I have found is that it will loosen your belt a notch in about 2 months. It was super easy to assemble. The only thing I needed help with was getting the main body onto the base. With one person it took about 30 minutes. I followed the directions for the first burn and was very pleased to see it reach full temperature on a cold rainy night. The first thing we cooked was a take away and bake pizza. Turned out how the ones we bought add a wood burning stove space. I have used Grilla Grills Silverbac about 5 or 6 times now. I had some issues the first time I used it as the fan wasn't spinning so without the oxygen supply the pellets wouldn't ignite. I got help from customer service reps late at night on a Facebook group, so I got it working. Time to whip up a batch of beef jerky. The company has great customer service and the grill is pretty sturdy so I expect it to last well beyond the 4 year warranty. All parts are interchangeable and have disassembly videos. I suspect I will get many years of useful service from this pellet grill.
