means that you simply can be dressed or bare in the designated areas - your choice.
Many first timers prefer Clothes Optional places because it gives them a

usually means that you're expected to be out of your clothes totally in the
designated places.
What do
For the men:
Do not believe that merely because you have stepped out on a nude beach your are
going to get an automatic stiffy. Sure its potential, but actually its pretty
unlikely. But if it does happen just roll over on your own belly for a while, or
cover up with a towel until the "scenario" subsides. We've seen over the
last few years though that the medical miracle known as the "little blue pill"
has had a noticeable effect at clothing optional and nude resorts, notably
around the pool or spa at nighttime. We are not telling you what to do, but just
remember that the effects from those things can be quite long-lasting.
For the gals:
What terrible timing, Huh? But don't worry about it, simply go with the flow... so to
speak. Generally girls on their significant days will only don a bathing suit bottom
and go on having a terrific time. On lighter days, most girls simply do away with the
bottoms and just tuck the string.
