Taking part in sporting activities is an extremely important a part of leading a healthy and fit lifestyle and will prevent many problems later on in life. Taking up an actual physical activity from the young age can assist you develop muscle tissue which will help prevent against injuries in later life.

Although school P.E can often be difficult, if being athletic just isn't your thing, playing hockey within the freezing cold temperatures in January after ever coming back from the Christmas break isn't my notion of fun either!
